Yeah, Kongo becomes clueless when it goes to the ground, and against Cain he didn't look like he'd improved his ground game much at all, if any. I think that if Mir successfully gets this one to the ground, it'll be over in a jiffy. For some reason I don't see Mir having total success with his stand-up, though. I think the Nogueira fight made him a little over-confident with his skills in that area and that if he tries to push that on Kongo, he'll end up on the receiving end of one of Kongo's hard punches similar to the two or three that he landed on Cain. Those punches could have very easily resulted in a knockout had Cain not had such a remarkable ability to recover quickly!

I think the Mir/Kongo fight is the one I'm looking forward to most, as bizarre as it sounds. I'm anticipating it even more so than the Florian/Guida and Penn/Sanchez fight, although I can't wait to see B.J. and Diego tearing away at one another. That's going to be one hell of a scrap, either way you look at it. Lots of exciting fights on this card, I think.
